Where do you deliver?
I deliver to funeral homes, churches and venues. Tell me where the service is and I will confirm delivery. Delivery in Calgary is $20. Airdrie is $30, so text me first to confirm the day. Pickup in NW Calgary is free.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Please order at least 24 hours before the service. If it is sooner than that, call or text 825-583-8212 before you pay, and I will tell you right away if I can do it.
What if the service is on a weekend?
My flowers come from my wholesaler on weekdays, so for a weekend service I need to hear from you early in the week. If the service is sooner than that, message or call me anyway and I will tell you what I can do.
How do I pay?
You pay in full at checkout, delivery included. I start your piece once your payment goes through.
What if you cannot make it in time?
I will contact you right away and refund you in full.
What if you cannot get the colour I want?
I will suggest the closest match.
