Delivery & Returns

Getting your flowers. Local delivery in Calgary is $20, and delivery to Airdrie or Cochrane is $30. You can also pick up your order for free in Brentwood NW.

Delivery for Le Bar à Fleurs within Calgary city limits is $40. Pickup only for areas surrounding Calgary.

When plans change. Because flowers are ordered ahead for every order, all sales are final. If you need to cancel by the flower order deadline (can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks ahead) see specific product pages, you will receive a full store credit to use on any future Worn & Wild Florals order(s). After that date, your piece is being made just for you, and you are welcome to pass it on as a gift to someone else.

If something isn't right. Send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will refresh or replace the affected flowers.

Pickup day. Orders not picked up on your chosen day can't be refunded, so reach out if something comes up and we will do our best to help.

Good to know. Every piece is handmade to order, so your flowers will vary from the photo while keeping the same palette and feel. We do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh flowers.
