How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Calgary is $20. Airdrie is $30, delivered Tuesdays and Fridays with at least 24 hours notice, see flower delivery in Airdrie. Pickup in NW Calgary is free.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Please order at least 24 hours ahead. If you need flowers sooner, call or text 825-583-8212 before you pay and I will tell you right away if I can do it.
Will my flowers look like the photo?
Every piece is made by hand, so yours will be a little different from the photo. It will keep the same colours and feel. If a stem is not available, I choose the closest match.
What if my flowers are not fresh when they arrive?
Tell me and I will make it right. Send a photo if you can, as soon as you notice.
Can I send flowers for a funeral?
Yes. Funeral pieces are delivered to the service at least two hours before it starts, for the same $20 in Calgary. Order a day ahead. See funeral home delivery.
Can I pick them up instead?
Yes. Pickup in NW Calgary is free. Pick up on the day you chose. Orders not picked up that day cannot be refunded, so tell me if something comes up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Every order is made just for you, so returns and exchanges are not available. Read the full delivery and returns details, or text me and we will work it out.
